Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference (including style, color, or design), or fit and sizing expectations based on personal preference. Only items with verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items received are eligible for return. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product, along with clear photo or video evidence, and sent to info@whisperwhite.co before approval.

Once your request is received, our team will review the evidence and respond with return instructions if approved. All returned items must be in their original condition with full packaging. Upon receipt, items will be inspected to confirm eligibility. If approved as defective or incorrect, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued. If no defect is found, the return will be treated as non-defective and may be subject to deductions for shipping and handling fees or issued as store credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider’s processing time. If more than 30 business days have passed after approval, please contact info@whisperwhite.co.
